We are seeking to recruit a brilliant bioinformatician to join our lab as a Research Associate (PostDoc). The main focus of the project will be the investigation of the lineage relationships between the different cell types of the early human placenta. We are looking for candidates with a strong computational background and experience in single-cell transcriptomic analysis and imaging data. This project is funded by the Wellcome Trust and is in collaboration with Dr. Russell Hamilton at the Department of Genetics, University of Cambridge.
